We try our best to inspect and package your order with the utmost care, however, if your order arrives damaged or with missing or incorrect items, please e-mail us immediately. All damaged items should be sent back to us for prompt service. Shipping is non-refundable. You will have to bear the costs of the return postage and we will pay the new shipment postage costs.
