• Our products are handcrafted and are all one of a kind. They are beautiful, but not perfect. Please inspect your package upon arrival for damage or missing items. We try our best to inspect and package your order with the utmost care, however, if your order arrives damaged or with missing or incorrect items, please e-mail us immediately. All damaged items should be sent back to us for prompt service. Shipping is non-refundable. You will have to bear the costs of the return postage and we will pay the new shipment postage costs.
• Please make sure you return it in all of its original packaging, UNOPENED, and UNUSED.
• Due to hygiene reasons and the personal nature of beauty and toiletry products we are unable to accept returns on any used or opened items under any circumstances. Please check your products before opening to ensure you have the right product.

• Shipping within Puerto Rico and the United States is made through the USPS postal service, either through First Class mail or the Priority Mail services. Shipping charges are calculated by the weight of all products in your order. You can select your shipping method option during your check out process, before your final payment.
• Most of our products are prepared and packed when we receive the orders and shipped within three to five days. Except items that are out-of-stock, and holiday season shipping. If your item is out-of-stock, you will be able to make a substitution for your unavailable item, or your order can be placed on back order status.
• We will always contact you via email before shipment, please be sure that your email is correct. We will ship to the address that you use when place the order. If other, please contact us.
• The shipping costs to each place vary individually by country, for orders out of Puerto Rico and United States, please send us an email.

Are highly respected, well-established processors of credit card payments with high level security to protect your privacy. You can pay also with ATH Movil and Venmo, using the APP through your cellular phone.
• All transactions are in US Dollars.
